Vial not recognizing my Frog TKL PCB
Hello. I am using a Apollo88H-T-SC F13 PCB. I am trying to fix the key maps but Vial is not recognizing my PCB. Every time I pick the Frog PCB, it says that I need to up date my Vial. I have uninstalled and re-installed Vial multiple times to no avail. Is there a way for me to use VIA instead of VIAL? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You should be using VIA.
It should recognize it right away in VIA. If not, try updating it to the newest firmware using qmk and load in the json into via after enabling design mode.

i have tried so many times with via and it still doesnt recognize it. will try the loading in with Json file
are you using via desktop or browser

i find the, retirement of desktop via to be very annoying
but thats how it is now
