How can i fix UI delay and lag?

Hey, i started playing fivem today and I have noticed the UI lags and gets delayed by a lot. I try to type in chat and there’s a good 10 second delay and the speedometer is delayed by like 30 seconds. Any way i can fix this? Thanks
