Random clogging?
I'm getting this random behaviour in my prints all of a sudden - I've tried doing all my usual de-clogging techniques but it still does it; is this a clog like I think or could it be something else causing it? 🤔
Also, bonus points if you can tell me why my part cooling fan has randomly started firing up and down for no apparent reason... I've checked the cable and it doesn't appear to be loose/have an intermittent connection...

as soon as your hotend reached 50°C the hot end fan should come on and stay on at full power. If that was your parts cooling fan that is kicking on, and the extrusion stops because the extruder motor is stopping ...you DO have a bad connection somewhere. Only common I could assume would be a ground connection. Check your klipper log. It should tell you what is happening.
hmm so I'm sure its my part cooling fan going nuts as my other fan doesn't make that much noise at 100%... I'll see if I can check the connections; I had a look at my klipper logs but I'm not sure what I'm looking for?
your log.... I'm seeing
a couple of times.
start at teh end of the log and work back.
lots of stats is just in-situ entrys
as you go up, you'll see your mesh points
then a bunch of stuff from your printer.cg and other macro stuff
as you go up further you'll get back into Stats time stamps.... then keeping going up you'll see filament sensor and SD card read restarts
Yeah the runout sensor was triggering because no filament was coming out and then I was manually resuming and it would work fine for a few more seconds then runout again/stop extruding
Ok it is a dodgy connection in my loom I managed to replicate it when the toolhead is in a certain position. I guess my extruder wire is also dodgy and that would explain the fan and random extrusion issues 😬
for BTT FRS, i usually run into random false positive. Try to increase the detection range from the default 7mm to 15mm.
