Custom Operators in TypeScript+

So, just to make things clear. Is it possible right now with ts+ to have custom operators for functions using the builtin operators like || or && ? I forgot that was a thing and now I noticed the tweet about this video https://youtu.be/rqlHUPDZqCE?t=2391 and that came to mind again.
