Watch Dogs 2 Install proablem
if aombody can help me please with something eles, now i try too install watch dogs 2 .. and have a square where is whrite"the game includes anticheat software" when start install the game is late aboaut 3 sec and after exit from install and nothing hapen .. help 😄 Tks

watch dogs 2 cannot be installed directly by heroic, use the search, I mentioned it a few times, you have to add Ubisoft Connect with option 1 here https://github.com/Heroic-Games-Launcher/HeroicGamesLauncher/wiki/How-to-install-Ubisoft-Connect-on-Linux-and-Mac and then install the game through it

so you installed ubisoft connect, opened it and when you tried to install watch dogs 2 from that launcher (not heroic) it did the same thing stopping after 3 seconds?

when i try install from (heroic) games topping after 3 seconds > ibuy it from epicstore can't install from Ubisoft Connect, not have teh game there

the game bought in epic is used through Ubisoft Connect, you have to link your ubisoft and epic accounts and your Ubisoft games from Epic will show up in Ubisoft Connect
currently Heroic cannot do that linking of the accounts, currently you have 2 options to do that:
- if you have another Ubisoft game you can use legendary (we use legendary in the background) to activate Ubisoft games and it will link the account (check the activate command here https://github.com/derrod/legendary#usage)
- install Epic Games Launcher using either the
Add Game option in Heroic or using lutris, install Watch Dog 2 with it, then when you try to open the game it will prompt you to link your accounts (More details here https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help/account/article/linking-your-epic-games-and-ubisoft-accounts/000064420)
In general you can install other Ubisoft games directly through Epic (the only exceptions I've found so far are Watch Dogs 2 and FarCry Primal, seems to be a limitation of Legendary or an unhandled case)continuing-cyanOP•3y ago
i was buy it again the game from "Ubisoft Connect" was not worked to link my Epic Store on Ubisoft Connect and i did my old version use Geforce Now and start the game - All Perfect .. i try later install the game with Heroic Luncher and install Ubisoft Connect and after install the Watch Dogs 2. ....Tks
