Glare TKL A key is not registering on the PCB

Hi there. I got a brand new hotswappable H87nu PCB from Glare TKL. I found a right ALT key is not registering despite bridging over the switches directly using a paper clip. The PCB is looking fine without any visual issue to me. I have tried hitting and holding the reset button and it cannot solve the issue. Is there anything I can try and test for without buying a new PCB?

The second key tested in the video and the top left key in the zoomed image is the key which is not registering

By default, the right alt is set to fn. If you test by mapping it to a different key in via, you should be fine.
