Type inference when adapting examples in antoine-coulon/effect-introduction
I'm following Antoine's excellent introduction and taking some first steps to adapt whats there: https://codesandbox.io/s/effect-ts-intro-9fe7pc?file=/src/index.ts and have an issue where the types aren't quite being inferred correctly.
My hunch is that I could add generics, but I have a feeling that shouldn't be needed and that if I do it correctly it will all be inferred.
