i entered a ticket and got no response or check from a real person

i entered a ticket about getting a 7 day ban in ranked when my pc crashed as soon as i started a escalation and when i came back the match was over and i got a 7 day comp ban
when i opened a ticket for this on the offical site a bot responded to me saying we can not do anything and the ticket was was showing quere-solved
