err: DxvkInstance::createInstance: Failed to create Vulkan 1.1 instance
That looks like the error here. A VkResult of -3 is VK_ERROR_INITIALIZATION_FAILED: "Initialization of an object could not be completed for implementation-specific reasons." Everything I can find on your iGPU points to it not supporting Vulkan at all A new log without DXVK might be interesting, but you can be sure that you won't be playing this (or any) game with acceptable frame rates on this dinosaur

2nd-gen Intel Core is pretty old too. League can run on toasters, but this is the toastiest of toasters. I have no other suggestions other than possibly trying to run it via Lutris's install script to see if it's even playable at all

God damnnnn I tried installing it through lutris But kept getting exit error code 256 If I can get leauge to run on that piece of crap I'm good Lmaoo

error code 256 is related to prefix folder permissions

.wine is irrelevant for both Lutris and Heroic (unless you tell either of 'em to actually use that folder of course, but you don't want to do that)
