how do I add to the registry on heroic launcher

I am currently planning on playing fallout new Vegas, and I have seen that there is an issue due to it not running with epic. So I have to run

wine reg add HKCR\\com.epicgames.launcher

wine reg add HKCR\\com.epicgames.launcher

. Where do I need to place this command in the games settings?
