i’ve tried re installing and even verify and repair files on heroic but it still comes up like this

- Update your Wine Version
- The game specifies
<game folder>/Installer/install_egs_dependancies.bat as a prerequisite. Could you try running this using the "Run EXE on prefix" button in the game settings? (Heroic won't automatically run prerequisites as some games actually break if you do run them)manual-pinkOP•2y ago
how do i do this?
i’ve updated the wine version. now i’m on the game settings and i clicked run exe on prefix and it brings me to the file section. what do i select?
so i followed the steps. run exe with the EGS dependencies and i’ve tried running the game but the same error comes up
“could not locate game executable entry in the catalogue. (DeadByDaylight-EGS-Shipping.exe)”
Hm, alright. I'll install the game for myself, give me a couple... hours
