You did not give Heroic permissions to access that folder

But it says that there is only 3GB available
while there is 226GB

It also says
/run/user/1000/… which means you don’t have proper permissions for the folder, which also throws off size checking because it’s a different drivePart of me is curious why you'd mount your 2nd hard drive at
/ of all places. At least use /mnt/ or something (/run/media/ would be even better of course)
So yeah, as @termdisc said, use Flatseal to give Heroic permissions to access /Hard Drive/
