Server sided fabric chunk loader for 1.20?
I'm looking for a server sided chunk loader that I can use in 1.20. There's a mod that will make minecarts chunk loaders under certain conditions, and a land claiming mod that will load chunks, but I do not want land claiming and the minecart thing just seems weird.
