While I don't know why this specific issue is happening, some points:

Don't use a cybersecurity distro to game
You're not playing a 2013 game on a 2009 entry-level CPU with no dGPU. I cannot even find out the specifications of your iGPU since it's so old, so I doubt it supports any form of Vulkan, and WineD3D cannot run this game

(Oh actually, misread, you do have a dGPU, but it doesn't support Vulkan either)
