Which Permission in API Token to be selected?

API to Access : https://developers.cloudflare.com/api/operations/updateZoneRulesetRule
Works okay with Global API Key But when using below Permission with Auth Token I get 403 Response

Seems like I am not selecting correct Permission. can anyone help me a doc or something where it mentions correct permission or could share which permission to do?
