Mobile App (Android) keeps trying to upload the same file
It just keeps looping and failing.

I don't know if this error is related, but it appears every few minutes. But it does not appear every time the upload-bar resets
I am connected directly to immich, so no proxy or tunnel.
Can you help posting the app log, you can find the logs in the profile drawer
It seems like this happens if i close the app while syncing and then resume. It may start a second upload and then the progress bar gets confused and switches between multiple states.
Every time my phone sleeps, a new progress is added to the switching madness.
I saw this as well in some occasion
Any idea why this happens?
Not yet, it is not critical so we haven’t prioritize it in the todo list
I am doing a manual backup. With Background-Backup disabled. Maybe its because of the missing notification?

The issue with file cannot upload seems to be the actual issue in this thread
I will check the log file you posted later to see if there is anything abnormal
This does also carry over to the next files
You can kill the app and reopen, it should be fixed with the progress bar
I disabled sleeping, reset the app, and started a completely new sync. Now its working
