wobble in walls and sinking top surface
Not sure that is going on here, I've reduced print speed and re tensioned the belts of my vcore3 and this is the best I can get it, it's also meant to be 20mm diameter

print the same model but without infill and with only one wall , see if it's the same
What type of plastic is that? Could just be normal shrinkage - especially if it's wet

Hey sorry for the late responses, the filament is Formfutra tough pla.
And the this "shrinkage" only happens on circular parts, any straight/flat surfaces are perfect.
i use the same filament on my personal printer, flashforge dreamer nx. i have not had this happen before.
May be that you just need more cooling? I've seen this effect with other plastics when printing test cylinders without enough cooling.

Just ran some cylinders that are slightly larger and they have printed fine, I think with it being a 500 it may not like to print parts that are so small

Larger might mean layers taking longer to complete, this having a bit more time to cool before next layer gets laid down
500 should print small parts just fine

The shrinking does not refer to the size of the Printhardware. It is refered towards your Extrusion multiplier, your correct rotation distance and also correct print temperature aswell the cooling factor. besides that there is no hardware limitation for size of printed model.
edit: a sign of shrink or extend can be a too tight or to loose belt too.

so if u are able to validate your rotation distance with a scale then do it by checking it for 100mm in distance and than calculate it. after that start to a extruder calibration and then https://ellis3dp.com/Print-Tuning-Guide/

wobble in walls does not necessary has to be a belt or xy problem it also can be a extruder bearing / gear problem. u can check that part too with the volumetric flow and see if the extruded line in the air has a even size. if not u found a point to double check.

Apologies for the lack of replies, just found the issue. The part cooling fan had seized. Sorry for dismissing it being a cooling issue so soon. Tbh, given it's done nearly 2000 hours worth of prints since March 2022 I'm not surprised something had died on it. Cheers for all your help.
