My friend has a Nomos, I believe a Tangente 33, and is looking for something fancier with a metal band. Her rules are less than 40mm (pref less than 38), metal bracelet, no diver watch, no Rolex/Tudor, has seconds hand, "I don't want it to look clunky, busy, or ostentatious", budget under $15k (pref less than 8)

My pitched alternative is to get a strap tool and a nice bracelet and swap to bracelet, so if you know any bracelets that'd match nicely, that's appealing too

having just swapped the strap on my nomos its super easy with the $10-20 strap tool
takes like 10 minutes
