High ping for people
So originally I had tcpshield with my server but it caused 70-90 ping for most us players and around 100-200 for eu players so was asked to take it off as server is hosted in chicago (from my server pc). Now us players get normal ping but EU players sometimes spike to 1k plus and not sure what the issue is. Plugins installed are: BlueMap, EssentialsX, EssentialsChat, LuckPerms, ProtocolLib, TAB, TabTPS, and Vault. Server is Paper 1.20.1 . Its running on dedicated hardware with 12 gigs of ram located and uses pterodactly panel. Routed using a domain hosted on cloudflare to my ip with srv record.
