Issue with Oracle cloud free trier registration

I would like to try to use Oracle Cloud free trial services, however, I have a lot of difficulties to get an account. At this stage, neither the error message nor the live agent has managed to give me the cause of my numerous failures. I suspect that the billing information is the cause (my bank has filled in my information in the wrong way), but I'm not sure (It is also possible that this is due to my card (debit, not credit)). For the moment, I've sent an e-mail describing the situation to Oracle technical support, but I'm not sure that their reply will convince me, given the company's reputation. I know you probably won't be able to help me, but if anyone knows of any approaches to take in this kind of situation, I'd love to hear from you. Thanks in advance.
