How to keep the original files?

Hi! First of all kudos for this great app👏 While I was checking the System Settings I saw that in the Template section the extension is hard-coded (.jpg). Is there a way to keep the files (fotos, videos) with their original extension(s)? Thank you!

The .jpg there is just an example/placeholder, the original file and extension are always kept
