Possible to run Paper with Fabric?

I'm hoping this question can be answered here as it appears as though its been answered a few times within Reddit, however the sub-reddit is currently locked. We have a server that is currently running Paper, however there are a number of Fabric mods we would like to ideally run as well. We have found ports for some of the mods but not all of them, specifically Bounding Box Outline Reloaded. We are wondering if it is possible at all to have both Paper and Fabric running side by side, or if we would ultimately need to switch from using Paper to Fabric.
Our hosting company previously suggested we switch to Paper as we had crashing and FPS issues and they were not able to completely pin down the issue other than suggesting moving from Fabric to Paper.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
