Rocket League launches but crashing on start menu

I solved the problem of rocket league not launching with the help of the older threads, disabling dxvk made the game run but the game crashes after the "press any key to start" menu in the game. here is the log:

You are out of VRAM. Disabling DXVK might help

I guess I already have it disabled but it still crashes on start

Oh, right, it's shown as disabled in the logs, but it's still installed. Have you installed it manually perhaps? Deleting your Wineprefix (/home/thecornerhouse/Games/Heroic/Prefixes/default/Rocket League) will also erase it, could try that

it does not run anymore after deleting the entire prefix folder

Hm, seems like you've now ran into a Mesa issue. There might be some workarounds there, but all in all I doubt you'll get a passable frame rate on a 10 year old iGPU
