Installing Plugins on Bedrock

Hi all,
I'm using itzg/docker-minecraft-bedrock-server for family and friends, and there are a few plugins and a resource-pack i'd like to install server-side.

How do i do this?
I've managed to install one person sleeps, but I can't get the resource pack installed and i don't understand the instructions on the github. Anyone have an idiots guide?
