Permanent Cloudflare Zero-Trust Login

I run some self hosted services from my homeserver. I expose these for external access using cloudflare Zero-Trust. I'm looking to grant permanent login access to specific devices(but the certificate doesn't seem to enable this).

What is the best way to grant this type of access for my Mac/iPhone without having to login via a OTP every day.
