App not syncing in the background
I don't know since when but my app is not syncing in the background any more. I've tried with the "only while charging" setting both on and off.
How can I troubleshoot this?

what is the indication that it wasn't synced?
Can you capture the screenshot of your phone backup page?
Before, I used to get the notification that assets had been synced in the background. Now I need to have the app open for assets to sync.
If I keep the app closed the remaining assets don't get uploaded.
Are you the one with the upload speed issue?
Background process can only run 10 ~ 30 seconds at a time then the OS will kill it
so if you happen to have a large video in queue, it might not complete in time
Yes, but after a couple of restarts the file actually uploaded in the end. So I might close that issue.. Don't actually know what's going on there.
Ah, I see. Yeah some of my videos take a couple of minutes to upload.

it should work better if you are at home and on WIFI though
You see from the screenshot the last time it triggered background upload is at 12:32PM
Background upload is meant for incremental usage, for initial bulk upload, I recomend using foreground upload and on WIFI if possible
