Hey I have a few ideas for improvements
Hey, I have a few ideas for improvements to share:
- Promoted actors, I can pay for actor promotion in the store
- Dataset method which returns URL to current Actor dataset, ex. in JSON format
- Dataset limit, it checks is limit reached, if it happens I can exit the actor
- Rental actor bundles - user can buy more actors in a bundle and pay less
- Developing own templates (using apify create) - for example each time I am adding prettier typescript input types etc.

Thanks @mscraper 🙂 I'll put it into the insights we're gathering around developer features. Some of them were is something I'm pushing already! 😄
A few things though about the last point:
- How often would you share your templates? My assumption around this would be that you don't really want to do it yourself so we didn't explore it more

I think last point just for own needs, I thought about extend config somehow, but I did not do any research. Now I am just running a bash scripts to replace some files in a mass of new actors as a solution

@mscraper Oh, I see. What you could potentially do at least now is to create empty template in Console and name it as "Own template" or whatever and duplicate it every time you create new Actor.
Once you do that, you cal pull it locally by the new functionality we introduced here - https://discord.com/channels/801163717915574323/1114213126712344596/1120660882280685608
I know it's a workaround but it could help you at least now. Does that make sense?
I can't tell if this functionality would be something that others are interested in. The only concept we had in mind was creating it for other developers, sharing it publicly, and making their life easier.
