Massive server lag on initial load in
Server TPS drops massively when joining after a restart (from 20 all the way down to 7), console output points to creepers being the issue. I get the feeling this is the same thing as an earlier situation which resolved itself involving the same situation but with llamas.
We don't have creeper farms anywhere on the server and checking with gamemode spectator for any pockets with trapped creepers underground reveals nothing.
