solanis 7u compatibility with F1 V2?

Just looking at them I wanna say it is, but does anyone have a for sure answer ?

Best place for questions on the solanis PCB would be Dallagen's discord. https://discord.gg/vQR2AAyNCy Users on their server have confirmed that pcb works with f1-8x, f1-722, and frog, so I would not expect any issues with f1 v2. A couple folks were concerned about whether USB was long enough for standard cable to work with f1 v2. The PCB has JST so you can pick up fly daugherboard + EZmate to JST cable if you want to be safe.
