Do you want to have mechakeys sounds on your microphone, so for example other people on discord can hear it? Mechakeys doesn't have anything like that built in, but there exists software that can redirect other applications' audio into the microphone, a quick google search should give you what you want

une fois que t'a fini d'installer, selectionne ton micro sur l'input 1.
sur A1, selecte le speaker ou que t'entend le son d'habitude
apres, va sur mélangeur de son et assure que les deux input et outputs sont sur voicemeeter
pour pas entendre d'echo il suffit simplement de selectionner sur A dans les 3 trucs
le seul probleme est que tu va pas entendre le son de mechakeys

In the MK app there's a settings section or when you look at the top right corner of the app you can find this icon and there you can adjust the volume.
Make sure you're using MK V2
