optimizing my server
so i have a small forge server of just 3 people but when even 2 of us are on we rubber band constantly and i get this in console "Running 4415ms or 88 ticks behind" so any good way to optimize my server? (this is a 1.18.2 forge server with mods that don't change terrain gen and i cant add plugins)
