help reading crash logs

Pmake them not use lunar
FIt seems the player is unable to download the server resourcepack when using lunar client on 1.19.2 (server version is 1.19.4 - ViaVersion and ViaBackwards is installed)
The other crash log is from a fresh vanilla installment of 1.19.4

FTheir client on 1.19.4 seemed to straight up crash as they joined the server
FI did. The second log is of 1.19.4 vanilla
FI've heard that some client limit how large a server resource can be for the client to accept the Download.
If I receive a log in the future regarding this problem. What would I look for in the log and how would I solve it?

Pthe max size by default is like 250
FThen I have no clue why some clients are unable to download the pack when they join.
Some have the promt appear for like half a second but it just disappears before they can click "accept"
