How about European heritage workwear?

Hi all, Since a lot of workwear is focussed on Americana, I was wondering if we can look at some European heritage workwear. Of course there's English boots, Scottish tweed, French bleu de travail, German flecktarn military jackets. But maybe there's more? Of course a lot of 20th century clothing in Europe has been heavily influenced by American culture: jeans and t-shirts are quintessentially American. And in the current menswear moment, a lot of 'heritage' menswear in Europe is not actually our own heritage, but we're copying it from the US. But maybe there's Italian work jackets, Spanish trousers, Belgian shoes and French shirts which we're completely overlooking?

I came across this Spanish brand, called Boltey. They seem to make some really nice things! https://boltey.com/collections/chaquetas?page=1

Thank you for the tips for stores but I was looking more for specific garments or styles rather than shops

I mean all these shops do sell specifc items of a particular heritage style. Otherwise, clothes made out of Loden (a type of water-resistant wool) come to my mind, which were traditionally used for 'workwear' in Austria / southern Germany and Switzerland.

the easiest way to learn about garments associated with Euro workwear is to look at stores. I'd recommend looking at the websites and insta pages of Brut Vintage (massive Paris-based vintage archive people), Tender Co and Oliver Church (dudes in the UK making cool antique-style workwear), Golden Age (another vintage focused store, this one based in LA), and Carrier Co (more UK, traditional inspired workwear)

Would defo recommend Carrier Company - I have a couple of their work jackets and they are really really nice - although I’d strongly recommend checking the sizing chart, because their XS was way too small on me and I had to size up - which is unusual in my shopping experiences! Great stuff though.
