plateless kit compatibility
1. Does the F1-8X palteless kit work with the Hiney PCBs? The website says it was "designed for the FAVE87C, Galatea TKL PCB in mind".
2. Do all f1-8x plateless kits work with the F1-722?

1. It is not absolutely incompatible; the issue with hiney's is that the edge includes cutouts for gummy oring mount which reduces significantly the available space for the plateless mounting tabs. So you can make it work but your tabs will probably be oddly placed.

2. Yes
The soldermask on a 1.6 CEM pcb I had was pretty thick. I ended up opening the slot on the plateless kit with a file some to be able to fit it.
Geon re-worked the plateless kit for the F1-8x at some point to accommodate for the 722 due to possible bottom out issues on the front row. Iirc he shortened the portion under the pcb to keep that from happening.
