Parallellogram prints

I posted a while ago about suspecting the printer wasnt all square, and I just can seem to figure out what to do. I just removed the left and right motors to check the x-y gantry squareness, and its as square as can be measured with my engineering square. I loosened the belts and tightened them equally. re-did the alignment of the y-rails, and X-gantry alignment again. After firing up the printer again its still slightly off. The calibration cube comes out as a parallellogram. How do i proceed to fix?

Well that is definitly skew, you can chekc by printing a skew mesh, that mesures how off it is, and you can compensate for it. But I wouldn't recommend it in this case as if this small of an object is skewed to that point, its most likely mehical and it needs to be addressed. https://www.klipper3d.org/Skew_Correction.html
