Strange behavior with H87nu

One day I plug in my PCB and I notice that certain keys trigger other keys. For instance, left arrow key also triggers right CTRL. Left side of the PCB does not seem to work at all. Have tried reflashing firmware, and cleaning with isopropyl alcohol.
Is the PCB fried or is it some led circuit which is shorting the board?

some of the column trace soldering on the mcu may be weak or bridged, you could re-flow the pins carefully with a small iron tip and some flux
