Modded server having issues being run.
Hello some friends of mine are runing an all the mods 8 server and we are having some issues. Inwhich the serer seems to struggle to keep up TPS wise.

Here is some spark comands we have run.
I have gotten them to install some peformance mods as well still if anyone more knowledage then me can take a look that would be much apricated.
