Is it possible to have a player lose permissions based on what world theyre currently in?

Im creating a semi-hardcore world where whenever you die, you're sent to a deadman's land for an arbitray amount of time. When that time is up, you can return to the main world. I already have this system working. What doesnt work is this: I created a creative plot world for players to design their builds before making them in survival. To get to that plot world you need permissions to teleport to it, but if a player has permissions to teleport to it, then they could just break themselves out of deadmans land. Any thoughts?
