Import cli shows "A total of X assets will be uploaded to the server" after multiple retries

I imported a directory via immich cli command. Once the import is done, i re-ran the same import command to ensure all files have been imported. Then, i noticed that immich is reporting "A total of X assets will be uploaded to the server". No matter how many time i re-run the same command, i get the same message. Attached screenshot shows the behaviour. Running Immich v1.69 on Unraid 6.11.5 version.
