Invalid SSL certificate Error code 526

How to configure SSL certificate on my Linux machine properly?

1. Full (strict)
   Encrypts end-to-end, but requires a trusted CA or Cloudflare Origin CA certificate on the server
2. Proxied.
3. I use Origin Server certificate and key and https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1000490329444720671/1131051171411410954/origin_ca_ecc_root.pem one.
   Ive tried to switch to Full from Full (strict) but problem still persist.
   My website is https://sz.cn.eu.org/
