Abysmal wither skeleton spawn rates?
anyone know why my wither skeleton spawn rates are extremely low? no one else is on the server, the lighting conditions are fine and other enemies are spawning very frequently with only magma cubes being slightly rare.
I'm running paper 1.14.4 with a server render distance of 16
I even tried going to a whole new fortress and still only found 1 wither skeleton
