did you do https://os.ratrig.com/docs/configuration#initial-configuration and update your printer.cfg to match your setup?

I did give the url of the post to my technician he will keep going with this

my knowledge is not good for this things
it would be great to talk to the technician for this troubleshooting. It makes it much harder to help (with my donated time) with another person relaying info

When this has happened to be it's because of the Mainboard needing replacing
what are you basing that off of?
Experience
Whenever I have had this error code it's because the Mainboard stopped working, when I replaced the mainboard it worked again
there have been dozens of the same images posted here and it was due to not flashing correctly or some other issue that didn't require a new board
When it's happened I have gone through the troubleshoot process and each time it has been the case that the board needed replacing.
Just my personal experience
