Part Cooling Fan - Logic Inverted

I've almost finished a v-core-3.
Almost everything has been tested and it all seems good apart from the part cooling fan.
The logic is reversed, setting it to 100% turns the fan off while setting it to 0% is max speed.
Would anyone have any idea where i've gone wrong and how to fix it. i've looked through files and can't see a way of inverting the logic.
