i found the issue
i used blazor server app
and i used chathub in blazor server app and signalR
blazor server app has own signalR and when the client send signal from same public ip to the server it will refeus it
how ever i don't know what should i do at this time to send notification from a client to another clienet
but someone told me the problem is because of that . i turned my voice and my screen share in here and some one told me that
so please if you how to do it please tell me?!
