Stepper staying powered up
Hi lads,
So I noticed my 5160 was burning hot with the printer idle(fans off, motors supposed to be disabled), Evidently it must have killed it. I swapped to 2209's and noticed that power does not stop going to one of the motors no matter what I do.
It still works but the motor is always enabled. I have moved X to the Z3 port essentially and it doesn't have this issue. Could I have shorted or damaged a stepper port somehow?
Any way of telling if I've damaged the board? I'm just worried other areas could be too..
