Transfering domain to CloudFlare
It seems like there's a bit of confusion between changing your domain's nameservers and registering a nameserver.
When you move your domain to Cloudflare, you are asked to update your domain's nameservers to point to Cloudflare's nameservers. This is typically done within the domain control panel of your current domain registrar.
When your registrar asks for a "Host" and an "IP address", it sounds like they are asking for information to register a new nameserver, which is a different process.
Here's what you should do:
