Error with Speech(Beta Testing Issue Only)

i did have it set on the follow and subs disabled it and still getting the same error
I think this is happening because you were beta testing this feature and I changed the value ranges before release
To fix it, enable TTS and change the values for rate and pitch to anything
When you change the value, it should become valid and allow you to save
okay cause i disabvle them all, i removed the speech option
Disabling will not fix the incorrect value

Are all layers affected?
just wats in the error above but im not sure which layers those are so im just doing all the alerts

yea, setting the voice to none then switch back to a voice again sets the pitch and rate to 100
yea setting them to none then choosen a voice again resets them to your defaults and allows me so save the overlay again
