streaking?
Trying to understand the QC policy on the website. Just got my f1v2, looks gorgeous, but there's (very light) streaking in a 1 inch band across the entirety of the bottom of the board. Is this considered a flaw, or is the bottom not considered " visible"?

a stock or b stock?
a stock
i just have very little experience with streaking, wanted to check if this is serious or not before submitting a suport ticket
I am not an expert but that definitely looks like enough to warrant a support ticket imo. Not visible after assembly just refers to internals, not the bottom of the board
Time to cerakote over it and make the worlds first Greg themed f1v2
thanks yall
wait actually wehere do i open support tickets
is it on this discord or i send an email?
Send an email to store@geon.works I believe
Huh support just said "streaking happens". Lol. Good thing it's on the back I guess
Rip I guess that’s how ano goes sometimes
I feel like something is lost in translation. Their QC says something about "imprints bigger than 1mm" makes a board B-stock. Does "imprint" mean scratch or streaking?
sorted. found someone who explained and was extremely helpful. long live geonworks, i look forward to many more years of being a geon simp
Yeah this was on my unit as well
"In the process of anodizing, the product can lead to some minor dichromatic outcomes or some smearing at the surface level and also you'll see some hook marks within the case"
