Random ping spikes
User reported seemingly out of random ping spikes (30x+) while idling and there is no new plugin being installed recently; but running ping on my computer leads to a normal ping result both on my computer and on the user’s computer. MTR reveals ~10% of packets is dropped at host gateway but only ~5% of the packets gets dropped at the end. Wants some insight into what may be the potential cause of the issue.
