Can my sim card be tracked in proot ?, I want my TikTok to target US audience, that's why I asked
All I need is VPN right?

I don't think proot distributions will have access to your sim card, considering there's not much usable tools for it in Linux in general
I'm not sure if I answered this right though, if you also mean that your proot network activity will be sent to your ISP then yes any network activity as a whole will be sent to the ISP depending how are they going to do with it. Unless you use VPN

Yes, but once again (just to be sure), if I use VPN from proot in termux. I will be able to totally fake location because TikTok won't have access to Sim Cards. Yes or No? !
You cannot use VPN inside proot but you can just use regular VPN apps
Since setting VPN inside proot would normally require root access
